This varies for different items but generally items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at admin@pinklimes.co.uk with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you.
Yes! We ship to most country's. Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay.
For UK orders- During the first hour after the order has been placed, you can cancel it on your own. To do so, please log into your account, go to the "My orders" folder, where you will see a "Cancel" button. You will also receive an order cancellation email, which will confirm your order was indeed canceled.If an hour has passed after the order's been placed - please feel free to reach out to us at admin@pinklimes.co.uk or via the contact us page on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled after it has begun processing.

Seconds after you place your order, it goes straight to our partners warehouse for processing so unfortunately, this means making changes to your order can often be difficult. If you contact our customer service team, with your order number and correct address, we can see where your order is, but we cannot guarantee that your address will be changed. This Depends on your location, our production partners are based in mainland China but we have quick delivery world wide. Please see chart below for estimated shipping times:

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.
